Thank you for deciding to become a member of our growing mentorship community. It's passionate and dedicated people like you who have helped Academy M grow into the organization it is today, and without your help and contributions, Academy M wouldn't exist. Every year Academy M has a number of new challenges it faces, and perhaps you have already guess none is greater than keeping Academy M's mentoring programs free and accessible to the public. For the last four years, Academy M has been 100% funded by its founders, and until now, the monies received from its founders have been enough to keep Academy M moving forward. But now, due to its growing success, Academy M and its founders need your help in funding its future for next year (2020).

Thanks to grants from Google, and Slack, our current projected remaining expenses for the fiscal year 2020 are $50,000. This money is needed to cover the costs of our free mentoring program, upcoming mentoring events, conferences, in-house research, and the launch of our first book series about mentorship and leadership.
